In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the Bill is aimed at the "effectiveness increase of national insurance companies in international insurance relations trough deregulateion regarding the reinsurance only in countries WTO members."
The document also implies the fact that insurers non-residents can not be registered in the country that belongs to the register of offshore zones according tp the effective legislation of Ukraine.
According to the People´s Deputies, adoption of the Bill will improve the regulation of reinsurance relations regarding the operations by the national insurance companies in insurance companies non-residents on the territory of Ukraine and will facilitate the protection of insurance companies interests.
